1. Cancellation Policy
Subscription Services
- Free Trials: If you are on a free trial, you can cancel your subscription at any time before the trial period ends without incurring any charges.
- Paid Subscriptions: You may cancel your paid subscription at any time. The cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period. You will continue to have access to the service until the end of the billing period.
One-Time Services
For any one-time services purchased, such as individual exercise plans or consultations, cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the service is scheduled to begin. If the cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the service is scheduled, the full service fee will be charged.
2. Refund Policy
Subscription Services
- Free Trials: No charges apply, and therefore, no refunds are applicable.
- Paid Subscriptions: Once a paid subscription period has commenced, refunds are not available for that period. If you cancel your subscription, you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing cycle, but no partial refunds will be issued.
One-Time Services
If you cancel a one-time service at least 24 hours before it is scheduled to begin, you may be eligible for a full refund. If the service is canceled less than 24 hours before it is scheduled, no refund will be provided.
3. Non-Refundable Services
- Initiated Services: Once a service has been initiated (e.g., an exercise plan has been delivered, a consultation has started), refunds are not feasible.
- Platform Fees: Any platform fees charged for payment processing are non-refundable.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
